EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only possible when the order is still in process status. The cancellation request is only acceptable when it is made via email to support@desiredolive.com.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND / CANCELLATIONS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take 14 Days for the process to be completed. To start a return, you can contact us at support@desiredolive.com.
To be eligible for a return, please note the following:
Customers have 7 Days to return an item from the date they received it.
The item must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item(s) purchased must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Desired Olive Limited will not execute a refund/replacement for the following:
Item(s) that exhibit physical damage to the packaging, tags, or product(s).
Item(s) returned without the original packaging and accessories/kits, as well as the retail box, manuals, cables, and all items included with the product at the time of delivery.
Item(s) without a valid, readable, untampered/unreadable serial number at the time of delivery.
