Whichever options you choose, be rest assured that your items will get to you within the expected delivery period and in excellent condition.

• Pick-Up Process
  With the pick-up process, you can purchase an item(s) on the platform and have it packaged and kept at our Pick-up location for you to collect for FREE. You would have to provide an I.D, Receipts/Invoice and Proof of payment. Upon successful verification, your item(s) would be presented to you for collection. Also, you could arrange for a pick-up by Uber/Bolt to collect your items in your behalf and have it delivered to you.
  
  
• Jumia Delivery
  Jumia delivers your packages door-to-door across the entire country at unbeatable rates. Jumia's country-wide network of professional delivery associates treat your packages like it was theirs. Upon successfully purchasing item(s) on our store and choosing Jumia Logistics to deliver your item(s), we would get your items to the nearest Jumia Logistics Station, the cost of delivery would be sent you for your approval, if you're okay with the cost, the item(s) will then be packaged and handed to Jumia for delivery. • Konga Express
  Konga Logistics offers effective and prompt door-door delivery across the nation. Upon successfully purchasing item(s) on our store and choosing Konga Logistics to deliver your item(s), we would get your items to the nearest Konga Logistics Station, the cost of delivery would be sent you for your approval, if you're okay with the cost, the item(s) will then be packaged and handed to Konga for delivery. With their Shipping/Delivery calculation, you immediately get a cost estimate for delivery. • In-House Delivery
  Customers who reside within Abuja, can have their item(s) delivered to them by our in-house delivery trucks. The cost of having your items loaded into the truck and delivered to you at any location within Abuja is at a fixed price. The cost is automatically added to your bill at check-out. Please note, the cost can change at any time due to reasons out of our control.
